TENANCY AGREEMENT – HOMEQUEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, CORNWALL

You will be required to sign an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.  This agreement will guarantee your rights to occupy the property for the “term” – i.e. the length of time for which the agreement runs.  Most shorthold tenancies will run for a minimum of six months and you should be aware that you are committing yourself for the period specified in the agreement. The agreement should be read thoroughly before signing in front of an independent witness (not a family member). If you are unsure about signing the agreement you should consult a solicitor or the Citizens Advice Bureau.
