Homequest - making life easier

The team

There are currently four members of the team at Homequest, each bringing a unique quality to the company because of the diverse range of experiences both in and out of the property industry in Cornwall.

Steve Fenton - Director

Steve is the owner and Director of Homequest, overseeing the operation development of the company whilst managing the day-to-day operations of the block management department.

Harriet Weller - Lettings Negotiator

Harriet is primarily involved in residential lettings, preparing the advert for the Cornwall Property Paper, carrying out many of the viewings of properties by prospective tenants and also the regular property inspections undertaken for our Landlords.

Nina Oaksford - Lettings Negotiator

Nina is primarily involved in residential lettings, dealing with contracts between tenants and landlords and carrying out viewings of properties by prospective tenants and also the regular property inspections undertaken for our Landlords.

Alison Rundle - Accounts

Alison is our in-house accountant and is responsible for all things financial. Whilst turning her hand to many things, Alison generally operates behind the scenes ensuring that the administrative wheels turn smoothly.
